This role is based is Hybrid working - 2 days at home and 3 days in Belfast Office (Dargan Crescent). Permanent - Monday - Friday position.

Job Purpose
This role is key to supporting this business in NI with the financial and reputation protection of the business at group level.
1. Oversee compliance with legislative requirements across Distribution, Retail Partners, and acquisitions.
2. Collaborate with external consultants and Group Functions to design, implement, and update HMRC procedures in line with Windsor Framework requirements.
3. Ensure policies and procedures reflect current legislation, with expert support available as needed.
4. Work with TSS, Shipping Solutions, and Suppliers to complete and maintain documentation and due diligence for HMRC Tariff compliance.
5. Coordinate internally with Trading, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, and Finance to manage required documentation and maintain compliance records.
6. Provide informed input into business decision-making processes for Trading and supplier functions.
7. Monitor ongoing transactions to ensure continued compliance with procedures.
8. Liaise with internal and external auditors as necessary.
The Ideal Person
9. Experience in similar role.
10. Strong knowledge of BRC and customer requirements in relation to supply assurance.
11. Good auditing skills.
