Responsibilities
· Preparation of contract budgets and cash flows
· Control of sub contract accounts
· Preparation of final accounts
· Preparation of cost and value reconciliations
· Attend site meetings
· General contract administration
· Preparation of material schedules
· Preparation of monthly valuations
· Be totally familiar with the client brief and act in accordance with that
· Undertake jobs and responsibilities in a professional and business-like manner
· Honour client and Adeo business confidentialities
Requirements
* NEC Experience
* Procurement Knowledge (Helpful)
* Subcontractor Management (Helpful)
* Able to produce a report of actual performance (CVR’s) against budget on projects. (Helpful)
* Able to maximise reclaimable value on a project.
* Excellent team player whilst also holding the ability to work independently on own initiative
* Excellent time management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines.
