As a People Partner, you will support the Head of People by providing strategic and operational support across a variety of HR disciplines to key business stakeholders, including employee relations, talent management and organisational development. You will work in partnership with all members of the People Partnering, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development team to provide a holistic partnering approach to key stakeholders. This role requires a confidential approach at all times. As an experienced HR practitioner, you will be CIPD qualified.
Please note, this role is fully office based in Bournemouth.

In return for this, we are looking for someone who has:
* Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or People Partner role, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* CIPD Qualified
* Solid understanding of UK Employment Law, with the confidence to advise and guide managers on complex employee relations issues.
* Demonstrated experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders and board-level leadership, with the credibility to challenge and support where needed.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, professional, and approachable manner.
* A collaborative and proactive approach, with a solution-focused mindset and a genuine passion for enabling people and teams to thrive.
* Composure under pressure, using sound judgment to navigate sensitive or high-stakes situations.
* High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling confidential or sensitive information.
What would I be doing as a HR People Partner at 4Com?
* Play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of effective people-focussed solutions, coaching senior leaders, and implementing best practices in people management across 4Com.
* Act as a key point of contact for managers and department leads to provide support and guidance on all HR related topics.
* Provide expert advice on employee relations, managing complex issues such as disciplinaries, grievance, absence management, and performance management cases.
* Lead and support HR Projects, inclusive of engagement surveys, Skills Matrices, or Organisational Change.
* Work proactively with Senior Leaders and the Learning & Delivery Team to identify, design and deliver meaningful training to stakeholders.
* Proactively research the implications of employment law changes, assess the impact, make recommendations to brief and embed with key business stakeholders, and own the policy implications.
* Regularly seek to review and enhance our People Policies, setting out the rationale and sign off via the Head of People to the Board.
* Implementing programs to improve employee wellbeing and experience of 4Com.
* Work across the HR team to maintain accurate HR data and generate reports on key people metrics.
* Work proactively with Payroll monthly, to ensure accurate salary and commission updates inclusive of deductions (unpaid leave and sickness).
* Promoting and coordinating employee performance reviews, including appraisals and salary reviews.
