The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of operational objectives, system functionalities, and customer journey design. Responsibilities: As our Lead Business Analyst, you will: Define operational objectives and enhance business functions to identify opportunities for growth or address pain points. Aim to improve interactions across all channels, ensuring a seamless experience for our members. Design and test new customer journeys and the associated system workflows, while identifying and defining project deliverables. Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage expectations and guide the incremental change process. Research and recommend technologies or suppliers to aid in the delivery of solutions, and build relationships with supporting third parties. Support colleagues in articulating their needs and ideas through appropriate formats like use cases, user journeys, and user stories. Serve as the "voice of the member," advocating for enhancements to member experiences. Communicate effectively across project teams to prioritize and deliver projects, breaking down complex processes into manageable steps. Accelerate project implementation by supporting developers during sprint cycles and addressing queries or issues. Oversee successful User Acceptance Testing and ensure product adoption within the business. Utilize your understanding of data models and CRM functionalities to extract and analyze data, aiding decision-making and problem-solving. Construct workflow diagrams to reflect existing or modified processes, assist with backlog prioritization, and document user requirements.
