We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our people team within Computacenter on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Let us tell you a little about the team you'll be working with:
We are a strong, commercially minded HR Business Partnering team; we pride ourselves on being trusted advisors to the Senior Leadership teams and making an impact in the business through our understanding of strategic objectives and business priorities. We are proactive, strategic, and implement people plans and initiatives that positively impact our people.

What you’ll do
1. Support the execution of the Business Strategy by developing people strategies and initiatives that benefit our people.
2. Develop strong and trusted partnerships with Senior Executives.
3. Lead and champion the implementation of significant organizational changes.
4. Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence (COEs) to address business issues and embed new strategies.
5. Advise senior leadership on all aspects of people management and the employee lifecycle.
6. Interpret people analytics, data, and trends to inform organizational decisions and advise senior leadership.
7. Support key talent acquisition programs to enable hiring of great candidates.
8. Implement and lead Leadership and Development programs that help our people reach their potential.
What you’ll need
1. A demonstrable background in Human Resources Business Partnering.
2. Problem-solving and analytical skills; experience managing HR metrics to identify root causes and develop plans.
3. A hands-on attitude, flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors.
4. Experience working with a commercial focus, understanding the business agenda, and maintaining a seat at the senior leadership table.
5. Experience managing significant programs across various People Strategies, including Change Management and Diversity & Inclusion.
6. Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
7. Strong organizational skills.
8. A motivated self-starter who enjoys working autonomously.
9. An excellent team player.
10. Experience working in a global organization is preferred.
