Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage a pod of Social Workers, guiding them in handling section 47 enquiries, assessments, and intervention services efficiently and effectively.
* Oversee court processes and manage public law outlines (PLO) to ensure legal procedures are followed meticulously.
* Actively cover and manage duty pod on a three-week rotation and provide support during your allocated weeks.
* Step up to support the team in the absence of the Team Manager, ensuring continuity of service.
* Collaborate with families, offering services that meet their children’s needs and promoting positive outcomes.
