We are is seeking a Customer Services Officer to join a dynamic Customer Services Team. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and stakeholders—whether face-to-face, by phone, or digitally—providing helpful, professional, and empathetic support.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Deliver excellent customer service in our Customer Service Centre and Reception.
 * Resolve queries at first contact or signpost customers to the appropriate services.
 * Undertake training on Council services and systems, including CRM.
 * Support the transition to more automated and digital customer journeys.
 * Assist in coaching and mentoring new team members and colleagues from other departments.
