🕒 Night Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00pm – 7:00am
đź’° Salary: ÂŁ36560 per annum
Pertemps Burton is currently recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of a well-established company based in Burton-on-Trent.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and set up injection moulding machinery
* Load raw materials into machines
* Carry out finishing work, removing excess material using tools
* Perform detailed quality inspections to ensure products meet strict standards
* Package products according to order requirements
* Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
* Minimise waste and contribute to cost efficiency
* Follow all Health & Safety procedures and regulations
* Work collaboratively to meet production targets
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in injection moulding or manufacturing environments
* Good understanding of written and spoken English
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Reliable, punctual, and committed
* A team player with a proactive attitude
* Willingness to learn and improve
