Opus People Solutions are seeking skilled electrician on behalf of East Suffolk Council to join the Housing Services Team based at the Council's Depot at Lowestoft working across the whole area. Main responsibilities will include: Delivering the repair and maintenance to the council's tenants. Completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), installations, servicing, repairs and rewires of domestic properties. Testing of three phase supplies. Delivering a first-time fix service, ensuring minimal disruption to our residents and providing outstanding customer care and quality of performance. To be fully conversant with all aspects of electrical works in both 230v and 400v.To be successful you must possess: Experience of initial verification, fault finding inspection and testing pf domestic properties General building and domestic maintenance experience An understanding of the current regulations and a focus to always remain compliant.
