We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team at Meden School, specifically dedicated to supporting the Head Teacher in strategically leading the school and to help develop a culture of high aspirations and excellence for all. As Deputy Head Teacher, you will have a strategic responsibility for a variety of areas, which include attendance, behaviour, inclusion, safeguarding, admissions and parental engagement. As part of this role, you will line manage other Senior Leaders, the Designated Safeguarding Leads, the Attendance and the Engagement Team for the responsibility areas identified above.
