Overview
A part-time Band 2 Admin Assistant vacancy has arisen with the admin team supporting the Maidstone Mental Health Together Team, part of the Kent & Medway Partnership Trust. Working days will be Monday (9 to 5) and Wednesday (9 to 5).
Responsibilities
* Answer external telephone calls and provide reception cover at front of house.
* Provide admin support to the clinical team.
* Type letters and book appointments.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
* Good knowledge of email, Word, and related office tools.
* Experience dealing with colleagues and clients in a friendly and polite manner.
* Previous relevant experience in a busy community setting is an advantage.
* Training will be given where necessary for patient-based systems.
