We’re looking for a sharp, organised, commercially minded Brand Manager to help us roll out the Freja brand clearly and consistently, across retailers, online channels and product launches.
Role Summary:
You won’t be designing ads, writing copy, or inventing brand strategy. That’s covered. Your job is to make sure the brand lands well everywhere it appears. This is an executional role that spans retail, ecommerce, pack copy, launches and internal coordination.
You’ll work across sales, digital, and ops to ensure we show up consistently and competitively in every channel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Retail & Trade Execution
o Lead the creation and rollout of retailer-facing assets: sell-in decks, trade presentations, shelf messaging, and activation toolkits
o Coordinate retail execution plans with Sales and Commercial teams
o Ensure content provided by the creative team is channel-appropriate and on-brand for retail
* Brand Campaigns & ATL Execution
o Support the Head of Marketing in delivering integrated ATL campaigns (TV, OOH, digital).
o Coordinate timelines, assets and approvals across internal teams and external partners.
o Ensure creative output and messaging are consistent across all media and touch points.
o Manage campaign rollout toolkits, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate execution.
* Online Brand Presence (DTC & Etail)
o Own the execution and quality of product listings and brand presentation across:
o Amazon UK
o Keep all product information and assets up to date across platforms
* Launch Rollout & Internal Coordination
o Manage the cross-functional rollout of product launches and brand campaigns
o Build and maintain the internal launch calendar, working closely with Content, Ops, Digital, and Sales
o Ensure each team receives the correct messaging, claims, pack copy, and creative assets
o Create and manage clear internal briefs to ensure the Content and Creative teams deliver channel-ready assets aligned with launch objectives.
o Prepare and circulate launch toolkits, messaging decks, and asset folders to support execution across channels
o Act as the final check on brand consistency across all launch touch points
o Note: This role does not own product development or formulation. It focuses on the go-to-market coordination and execution of launches once products are finalised.
* Brand Integrity & Consistency
o Act as internal brand gatekeeper—reviewing assets for tone, claims, banned phrases, and formatting consistency
o Collaborate closely with the in-house Content Team to ensure alignment
o Own and maintain internal master brand decks and messaging guides
* Brand Health & Feedback
o Lead Freja’s brand tracking and reporting tools (e.g. Tracksuit, campaign reporting dashboards).
o Collate feedback and insights from Sales, PR, Digital and Customer Support to build a full picture of brand health.
o Support post-campaign evaluations and share learnings to inform future activations.
About You
* 5+ years in a brand, marketing or category role within FMCG
* Experience working across retail and digital channels
* Extremely organised, with excellent follow-through
* Strong attention to detail in copy, design, claims and consistency
* Commercially minded and confident working cross-functionally
* A real interest in health, nutrition, or whole foods is a plus
