£27,000-£30,000 + Bonus up to £1800 and Parking on site
We are proud to partner with a respected name in the automotive vehicle aftermarket to recruit an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor for their Watford branch.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Motor Parts Advisor someone with experience in automotive parts who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll join a collaborative, professional branch team dedicated to delivering efficient and knowledgeable service to trade customers. You will also ensure that the parts stock room is well maintained, and stock levels are managed, by taking responsibility for the ordering and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. Automotive Parts experience is essential
Motor Part Advisor Duties:
As a person, you should be able to work under pressure, be a team player and be computer literate.
Dealing with front and back counters - deal with customers face to face or over the phone and supporting the Workshop Technicians with Parts required.
The role will need you to ensure that walk in and telephone customers are always promptly dealt with.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of parts and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of quality parts.
Assist in identifying and sourcing new parts to expand our product offerings.
Communicate effectively with customers to answer any questions or concerns and provide updates on the status of their orders.
Motor Parts Advisor Role- What We're Looking For
Experience in automotive vehicles, car dealership, truck/trailer, or general automotive parts
Strong communication and customer service skills
A commercially aware, confident approach to pricing and negotiation
A team player with a positive, hands-on attitude
Familiarity with stock systems and fast-moving parts environments is beneficial
Familiar with Automotive Parts Dealer Management Systems
Motor Parts Advisor Working Hours:
Monday to Friday working Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:30 and Friday 08:00 16:30
