Role Overview
As a Quality Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products, processes, and systems adhere to strict quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will conduct audits, identify improvement opportunities, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform regular audits on products, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ISO 9001 standards.
* Document and review quality checks performed by both operators and independent audits.
* Identify non-conformities, determine root causes, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions.
* Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
* Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of corrective measures.
* Train and support employees in quality assurance processes and best practices.
* Promote continuous improvement through initiatives such as Kaizen events and waste reduction programs.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Experience in a quality auditing role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Desirable:
* Formal qualifications related to quality auditing.
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen events, and waste reduction strategies.
