* Deliver high-quality training and coaching to staff at all levels.
* Engage with and support the delivery of Team Teach training.
* Conduct in-depth behaviour reviews in schools and develop tailored action plans.
* Hold colleagues to account for progress and outcomes within the behaviour strategy.
* Work closely with school leadership teams to ensure alignment with whole-school improvement priorities.
What We're Looking For:

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
* Experience in delivering training and working alongside senior leaders.
* A deep understanding of behaviour management, inclusion, and safeguarding
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people by shaping positive, respectful, and inclusive school cultures.
