Overview
Our client, a trusted leader in precision engineering and automotive manufacturing, is looking for experienced and reliable Automotive Assembly Operatives to join our team in Redditch. You'll play a key role in assembling high-quality automotive components to exacting standards.
This will be an on-going position that will potentially lead to a permanent position within the company;
* Working on rotation shifts - #removed# & 14.00 -22.00 rotating weekly
* Starting pay is £14.65 per hour
* First 2 hrs of Overtime Mon-Fri paid at Time and a third @ £16.24 per hour
* After first 2 hrs of overtime, Monday to Saturday paid at Time and a half @ £18.32 per hour
* Sundays and Bank holiday overtime paid @ £24.42 per hour
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble automotive parts and components on the production line
* Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet required specifications
* Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
* Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
