A terrific opportunity has arisen to join a leading global investment management firm as a Senior RFP Writer (EMEA). The purpose of this role is to support the Global RFP team on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities
* Complete and coordinate Request for Proposals (RFPs) and responding to DDQ requests.
* Assist key areas within the business, such as the investment team, to follow up on RFP responses.
* Sustain and develop the database of EMEA answers on an on‑going basis.
* Proactively help the team with meeting deadlines and questionnaires/requests.
* Participate in RFP team initiatives and projects where appropriate.
Qualifications
* 5+ years’ experience in an RFP role.
* IMC or CFA qualified would be preferable.
* Can demonstrate a sound market knowledge across asset classes and fixed income.
* Experience using RocketDocs (PMAPS) would be desirable.
* Good written and oral communication skills.
* Highly organised, proactive individual with excellent attention to detail.
* Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
