Junior IT Support Analyst Were looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst and is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys problem-solving, supporting users, and developing their technical skills in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line and second-line technical support to end users Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Support and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory Assist with basic networking tasks (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests Escalate complex issues where necessary and follow through to resolution Maintain clear documentation and contribute to knowledge bases Skills & Experience Previous experience in a junior IT support / service desk role (or strong internship experience) Good working knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 Hands-on experience with Active Directory (user management, password resets, permissions) Basic understanding of networking principles Strong communication and customer service skills A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Desirable (but not essential) IT-related qualifications or certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft) Experience with ticketing systems Exposure to Office 365 / Microsoft 365
