Responsibilities
* Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
* Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety on the road.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
* Maintain accurate logs of travel, deliveries, and vehicle mileage as required.
* Assist in loading and unloading goods from vehicles as needed.
* Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding delivery schedules and issues.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients during deliveries.
Requirements
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Proven experience as a professional driver or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
* Ability to operate various types of vehicles, including vans and trucks.
* Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with GPS devices.
* Physical stamina and strength to handle loading and unloading of cargo.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight delivery deadlines.
