The Role
As Plant Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the Seasonal Area of the garden centre. You'll plan and manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring stock is well presented, fully replenished, and clearly priced at all times.
Your eye for detail and strong merchandising skills will help drive sales, while your ability to lead and motivate the team will ensure a culture of excellent service and continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate
You'll be a friendly, approachable, and passionate individual with a strong background in retail and horticulture. A genuine enthusiasm for plants is essential, along with the ability to inspire your team and engage customers. You'll need to be commercially aware, well-organised, and confident in creating a welcoming, shoppable environment.
