A Studio Production Assistant will be focused on databasing products as they come in and out of the studio. You will play a key role in supporting sample movement between studios and coordinating the daily workflow between sites.
Responsibilities
1. Register samples into the studio database, checking existing imagery and systems to assign relevant shoot briefs.
2. Process products around the studio for still life, creative, and model shoots.
3. Return samples to multiple Head Office departments and Warehouses.
4. Work closely with the Studio in-house Planning Team to pick samples ready for shoots.
5. Identify stock to shoot on models and support with delivering products to set.
6. Pre-prep samples, including steaming and ironing.
7. Track and return samples ordered through the Studio account via the Head Office Staff Shop and update relevant trackers.
8. Assist with sample movement between studios and loading vehicles when required.
9. Organise and book third-party deliveries where needed.
10. Packing samples securely for transit when required.
11. Produce accurate delivery notes for deliveries when necessary.
12. Ensure safety of colleagues and yourself in the workplace by reporting or dealing with hazards, incidents, and accidents.
13. Adhere to health & safety guidelines.
14. You may be required to work at other studio locations upon request.
15. Assist with ad hoc duties as set out by the Studio Managers.
About you
1. Mac/PC literate with some experience in data input.
2. Some knowledge of the Next brand.
3. Experience in a similar role or environment.
4. Ability to work effectively within a team and as part of the wider studio team.
5. Ability to plan and prioritise your workload and stay focused in a busy environment.
6. Ability to work well under pressure, with a flexible attitude and responsiveness to change.
7. Friendly, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with peers and senior management.
9. Ability to work within health & safety guidelines.
10. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
11. Ability to interpret data.
12. Experience with Google Suite (Docs & Sheets).
