What do you need to succeed:
Our Hospitality Manager will provide exceptional hospitality services within our luxury care home, working with the Kitchen team, the Lifestyles Team, and Housekeeping.
This is a crucial position, central to the lives of the people we support and their families. Good people skills are essential, alongside strong organizational skills. If you have previous experience in hospitality and an affinity for care, this is the role for you.
As Hospitality Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Manage the Hospitality assistants and Housekeeping team to ensure high standards and person-centered care.
* Work closely with the CRM to plan and execute resident events.
* Support the Head Chef to ensure well-organized food service, balanced menus, and cost control.
* Ensure dining areas are maintained to a high standard.
* Support the kitchen team to meet legislation and EHO standards.
* Support BA and reception teams to operate professionally and efficiently.
* Ensure Housekeeping duties are carried out effectively to maintain cleanliness and laundry services.
