They operate a number of care homes across the region and are dedicated to enhancing staff wellbeing and operational excellence.\n\nAs a Regional People and Resourcing Partner, you will:\n\nServe as a strategic HR advisor to regional leaders, supporting workforce planning and talent development.\nLead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and performance management.\nDrive regional recruitment efforts and develop talent pipelines.\nCollaborate with operations and finance on workforce planning and budgeting.\nEnsure compliance with local labour laws and internal HR policies.\nAnalyse and report on key people metrics to inform strategies. \n\n Package and Benefits:\n\nThe HR Business Partner will enjoy a comprehensive package including:\n\nAnnual salary of £50k - £60k.\n£3k car allowance.\nFull-time, 40 hours per week.\n25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.\nFree DBS check (terms and conditions apply).\nLife insurance and company pension.\nAccess to an employee assistance programme for healthcare and mental health support.\nFree in-house training and fully funded apprenticeship courses.\nYearly salary review. \n\n The ideal candidate for the HR Business Partner role will have:\n\nProven experience in a similar role, ideally within the care sector.\nStrong knowledge of HR best practices and CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.\nExperience in strategic recruitment and workforce planning.\nAbility to travel regularly within assigned regions.\nProficiency in HR systems and tools.\nExceptional communication and people management skills. \n\n If you have experience or interest in roles such as HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Employee Relations Manager, Workforce Planning Manager, or HR Advisor, this HR Business Partner position could be perfect for you.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a significant impact within a leading care provider.
