Used Car Coordinator(Drift Bridge Skoda / Epsom Audi)
About the role:
We are looking for a highly organised, driven, and detail-focused individual to join our team at Epsom Audi & Škoda in a pivotal stock coordination role.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position responsible for managing the entire journey of our vehicle stock — from purchase through to preparation, advertising, and final forecourt presentation. You will play a key role in ensuring every vehicle is retail-ready, presented to manufacturer standards, and available for the sales team to sell and deliver without delay.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing daily Audi& Škoda stock reports to maintain full visibility of all vehicleswithin the pipeline
* Updating and maintainingthe Sales Preparation Tracker, ensuring accurate status and location ofevery vehicle
* Assessing incomingvehicles and identifying all preparation requirements (mechanical, MOT,cosmetic, wheels)
* Coordinating preparationwith workshop, prep centre, bodyshop, and third-party suppliers to ensureefficient turnaround
* Monitoring sold vehiclesclosely to ensure preparation aligns with customer handover dates
* Managing purchasedvehicles from auction, including payment, logistics, and stock entry
* Ensuring all vehiclesare advertised across all relevant platforms, including website andthird-party marketplaces
* Coordinating photographyand video with our full time photographer, ensuring all vehicles arepresented to a high digital standard
* Producing and managingmissing image reports to maintain advert quality
* Carrying out finalquality checks to ensure vehicles meet manufacturer retail standards
* Providing clear dailyprogress updates on stock readiness across the business
What we’re looking for:
* Strong organisationalskills with the ability to manage multiple vehicles at different stages
* High attention to detailand pride in delivering a premium product
* Ability to work at paceand prioritise effectively in a busy environment
* Confident communicator,able to liaise with multiple departments and external partners
* Automotive or dealershipexperience preferred but not essential
* Full UK manual drivinglicence required
