£92 - £110 per day - Full Time/Part Time available - potential salary depending on experience and/or qualifications and number of hours worked each week) PAYE

The School
Join a welcoming and established two-form entry primary school in the heart of Salford, part of a small, supportive trust dedicated to bringing fun and engagement back into the classroom. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant with a focus on Speech and Language to support children at a vital stage in their early development.
We are proud of our inclusive ethos and strong commitment to supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Through close collaboration with multi-agency partners, we ensure that both staff and pupils receive the tailored support they need to succeed.
Requirements:
The requested skillset the desired Primary Teaching Assistant role you will require;
1. Experience with children or young people.
2. Deliver and support interventions to develop communication, interaction, and early learning skills
3. Nurture pupils’ confidence, emotional wellbeing, and independence.
4. Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals (e.g. Speech and Language Therapists)
5. Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
