Location: Aberdeen Contract: Fixed-term (Maternity Cover – approx. 12 months) Hours: Full-time Hybrid : 2 days per week after probationary period is completed Oncall Requirements: Yes About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Logistics Co-ordinator to join our HR team on a maternity cover basis. This is a key support role responsible for coordinating logistics and HR support, ensuring smooth delivery of HR processes, and providing an efficient and professional service to our employees and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end HR logistics, including onboarding, mobilisations, and rotations Manage employee mobilisation schedules offshore in line with operational needs Maintain and update HR systems and personnel records accurately Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including documentation and compliance checks Support performance management and sickness case management Liaise with internal departments and external providers to ensure seamless coordination Provide administrative support to the HR team as required Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant legislation About You Experience in an HR, logistics, or coordination role (preferably in a fast-paced environment) Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude Desirable Experience within offshore, energy, or logistics-driven environments Knowledge of HR tracking systems and offshore schedules
