Overview

We are seeking a highly organised Office and Review Administrator to support our leadership team and ensure the smooth running of the school office. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, welcoming visitors, contractors, parents etc daily and acting as the main point of contact for all enquiries, ensuring a professional and supportive experience for everyone.


Hours and Salary

Hours: 30 hours per week, 8.30am – 4.30pm, 4 days a week between Monday to Friday (part time).

Salary: £19,827.60 – £22,510.80 per year (based on 30 hours per week).


Responsibilities

* Coordinate and manage pupil reviews, including scheduling and documentation
* Maintain accurate records and update school databases
* Act as a first point of contact for parents, professionals, and visitors
* Prepare reports, letters, and meeting minutes
* Manage the school diary, post, and general office duties
* Support communication, including newsletters and internal updates
* Liaise with external agencies and assist with staff cover arrangements


Qualifications and Skills

* Previous experience in an administrative role (1–2 years minimum)
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
* Confident IT skills (Microsoft Office, databases, and willingness to learn new systems)
* Professional, calm, and empathetic communication style
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond effectively in a busy environment
* A positive attitude, with energy and enthusiasm

Experience in a school, care or knowledge of SEN would be desirable, however not essential.
