Supported Accommodation Project Coordinator (Job Ref 26-08)
Position: Permanent Contract. Location: Newton Abbot. Hours: 20 hours per week. Salary: £29,757 per annum pro rata.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the supported accommodation project in Newton Abbot.
* Lead a small team supporting vulnerable young people aged 16‑25 through their journey to independence.
* Manage day‑to‑day coordination of staff, quality of support, and housing management in partnership with colleagues.
* Participate in lone working and out‑of‑hours on‑call rota providing emergency support for the project.
