We are looking for a Electrical Wireman
Salary: £12.21 -£17.00 an hour (depending on experience)
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Shift: Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm with a long weekend off!
Temporary to permanent contract
JDR is recruiting for a Electrical Wireman to work in a manufacturing site in Bridgwater, Somerset.
The Role:
* Control panel building and machine wiring.
* Must be able to read and understand electrical wiring drawings and schematics.
* The role will involve point-to-point wiring
* Cable crimping
* Looming, and cable terminating.
* You may be required to do general panel fitting which would involve marking out and drilling work.
Qualifications & Skills Required:As a Electrical Wireman you will have the following skills and experience:
* Panel wiring.
* Drilling, tapping & electrical assembly work.
* Crimping, terminating, looming work.
* Soldering.
* Panel fitting.
* Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and schematics.
* An understanding of electrical motor control and wiring would be of benefit.
* Experience and the ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative are essential.
