The Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee sales operations across five clinic sites in the UK. This hands-on role requires leading and nurturing high-performing teams, while actively engaging in the delivery of services to our customers. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, comfortable in fast-paced environments, and adept at managing the diverse challenges of multi-site operations. Senior-level operational, project, and business management experience is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing large budgets, driving significant revenue, and implementing strategic initiatives.
This role is perfect for a highly experienced operations professional who can oversee day-to-day operations while providing strategic direction, process optimisation, and performance management to drive sales and customer excellence.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all day-to-day operations of all clinic sites, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with CQC and other regulations.
* Oversee the setup, launch, and operational readiness of new clinic sites, ensuring full preparation for CQC compliance.
* Manage new doctor treatments, ensuring compliance with all CQC and regulatory requirements.
* Manage all training initiatives to ensure every practitioner is fully competent in delivering all treatments.
* Create and implement protocols to protect expensive/high-value equipment, ensuring safe handling and maintenance, minimising breakages, and maximising device lifespan across all clinic sites.
* Drive weekly, monthly, and annual revenue targets, supporting commercial strategy and business development through effective operational management.
* Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and KPIs/OKRs to drive revenue growth and excellence.
* Lead, mentor, and develop administrative and clinic teams
* Drive measurably significant sales growth and enhance conversion rates
* Work with clinic staff to implement the company’s sales strategies, process improvements, and initiatives to enhance customer experience.
* Support strategic planning, corporate development, and business growth initiatives.
* Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
* Conduct regular site visits, providing visible leadership and maintaining operational oversight.
* Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory and compliance standards, including CQC requirements where applicable.
* Maintain robust risk management, documentation, and governance practices.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational innovation.
* Coordinate activities across all locations, ensuring the sharing of best practices and consistency in standards.
* Prepare detailed reports for senior management on clinic performance, market trends, and operational metrics.
* Flexibility is required for occasional weekend work during peak periods.
* Lead, motivate, and coach staff across clinic sites
* Oversee individual and team performance through regular reviews, coaching, and development planning.
* Engage personally in customer-facing service delivery, working alongside team members if required.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational clinic management.
* Minimum 3 years of aesthetic clinic/industry experience
* Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong skills in performance management, with experience in utilising KPIs and metrics.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Experience managing geographically dispersed or multi-site teams.
* Demonstrable track record of driving substantial revenue and managing large budgets.
* Background in the aesthetics or healthcare sector.
* Experience in CQC regulated clinics and familiarity with compliance frameworks, or prior exposure to healthcare/aesthetics.
* Knowledge of UK healthcare regulations and compliance.
* Willingness and capability to travel regularly between clinic sites.
* Customer-oriented approach, with hands-on service delivery experience.
* Proven experience in senior operations, project, and business management roles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Desirable Attributes
* Experience with process improvement, KPI/OKR development, and operational governance; Lean Six Sigma or ISO experience is a plus.
