General Manager - Flagship All‑Day Dining & Late‑Night Venue (Edinburgh)
OTE: £54,000
A rare opportunity to open and lead a brand‑new, flagship hospitality venue in the heart of Edinburgh.
We're looking for a proven General Manager with a strong track record in high‑volume, premium, multi‑faceted venues. Food‑led experience is essential, as is exposure to live music / entertainment concepts. You'll be confident managing managers, driving standards, and creating an exciting environment for both guests and teams.
The Details:
£43,000+ DOE
Guaranteed TRONC £150 per week minimum
Bonus £3-4k per annum
OTE: £54,000

Full operational leadership of a large, dynamic and premium venue
Direct management of, and support from, a Deputy Manager and Restaurant Manager
Reporting to Ops/Area Management
Oversight of all commercial and operational performance, including food, drink and entertainment
Recruitment, training and development of a large multi-department team
Supplier negotiation, compliance, cost control and performance management
Ownership of social media presence and event planning input
Creating an exciting, structured and professional environment for both staff and guests Our expectations of the right candidate:
Proven GM experience in premium, high-turnover hospitality
Strong background in food-led operations and live music / entertainment venues
Confident managing managers, delegating effectively and maintaining full operational oversight
Commercially astute with a strong grasp of cocktails, drinks trends and guest experience metrics
Highly organised, structured and comfortable leading large teams
Ambitious, energetic and aligned with a brand that strives for excellence innovation
