They are now looking to add a motivated individual to their close-knit and supportive team in the Mildenhall area and will consider candidates currently working within estate agency in a different capacity who are looking to transition into a Sales Negotiator role.
As a Sales Negotiator, you can expect:
1. A competitive basic salary of up to £25,000
2. Realistic on-target earnings of £40,000 (Uncapped)

The role:
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in driving sales performance and delivering an outstanding service to clients. Your responsibilities will include:
6. Booking and carrying out property viewings
7. Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
8. Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
9. Arranging market appraisals
10. Managing sales progression and liaising with all parties
11. Handling general administration and CRM updates
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will:
12. Have experience working within an estate agency (sales, lettings, admin, or similar)
13. Be based in or around the Mildenhall area
14. Be career-driven with a strong desire to earn and progress
15. Offer excellent customer service and communication skills
16. Be confident with IT systems and property software
17. Have strong attention to detail and organisation
18. Work well within a team while bringing your own initiative and personality
