Contract - 6 Months initial - Inside IR35 - 1st and 2nd Line - Great Customer Service Essential - Onsite nr Worcester - £250-300 per day
We are hiring for a technical support analyst to join a business that have grown recently. You will need to be able to drive as the site is only really accessible by car and the role is onsite 5 days per week.
You will be joining a team that have some good technical experience and need someone with strong M365 experience, networking and Endpoint but also someone that really understands processes and process improvement. This role is delivering a brilliant customer service to the internal stakeholders, so you'll need to be the face of IT to the business.
The environment and sector are less important but it will help if you've worked in manufacturing of engineering type places before as you'll be used to the environment and demands.
Technical skills are O365, Endpoint and some networking really and then the customer support piece in addition to this.
