I’m proud to be partnering with Westons Cider to recruit a Regional Account Manager across Cardiff, Newport, Bristol and Bath, a prime territory for one of the UK’s most loved, family owned cider producers.
The Company

The Role
* Drive distribution, visibility and advocacy of Westons brands across key on trade accounts.
* Build strong relationships with RTMs, field sales teams and regional customers.
* Secure new listings while protecting and enhancing existing distribution.
* Ensure outlets have the right POS, equipment and support to showcase the range brilliantly.
* Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver against sales, revenue and profit targets.
The Person
* Drinks industry experience, ideally with on trade exposure.
* Confident, personable and commercially sharp.
* Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly and naturally.
* Organised, proactive and results focused with a positive, 'can do' approach.
* Thrives in a field based role and enjoys being out in trade.
The Package
* Up to £40,000 salary
