What We Expect You to Bring:
* Proven outbound sales experience you’re comfortable proactively reaching out to potential clients, handling objections, and closing deals.
* A track record of B2B sales leadership, with the ability to set processes, coach a high-performing team, and consistently exceed targets.
* Strong mentorship skills you know what “good” looks like and can coach your team to deliver B2B-sales excellence.
* Relentless drive “nearly at target” isn’t in your vocabulary. You’re hands-on, goal-oriented and committed to pushing your team to excel.
* Analytical insight & data-driven mindset you’re comfortable analysing KPIs, using CRM data (e.g. Salesforce or similar) to monitor and drive performance.
