Job Description
Due to planned growth my client is looking to strengthen its sales force with the key appointment of an individual to coverNottingham, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, West Yorks South Yorks, Lincolnshire.
You will be responsible for the development of sales of Ceramic Tiles products to Specifiers, Architects, Interior Designers and Contractors within the defined geographical area.
Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, this role requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record in business-to-business sales. You will have experience of selling an interior specified product into the commercial office, education, residential, healthcare and retail sectors together with a successful sales background of achievement within architects, designers, end users, office fit out contractors and flooring contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the sales strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed sales targets within your assigned business area.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the commercial construction industry.
4. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop annual sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for your business area.
