About the Company
g2 Recruitment invests heavily in the development of our people. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our L&D team to include an additional Academy & Systems Trainer in our London office, with some travel to other sites.
About the Role
We are seeking someone passionate about recruitment who wishes to transition from a 360 recruitment role into a sales support position. We hire all our consultants as trainees, emphasizing rapid development. The role involves a mix of desk-side and classroom training, supported by a high-achieving team. Responsibilities
* Delivering sales training programmes for new starters.
* Providing recruitment systems training across applications like CRM, LinkedIn, Job Boards, and MI Reporting.
* Collaborating with managers to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
* Logging and maintaining training records.
* Conducting 1:1 training sessions using various coaching techniques.
* Providing feedback to managers on team performance and support strategies.
* Monitoring individual development progress to ensure training effectiveness.
* Managing logistics of all training sessions.
* Designing and updating training materials.
Qualifications
* Experience in a 360 recruitment role.
* Willingness to travel weekly to different offices.
* Interest in building a career within L&D.
* Organized and diligent.
* Strong relationship-building skills at all levels.
* Fluency in French, Dutch, or German.
* Experience recruiting in EU markets.
Pay Range and Benefits
Salary: £32,000-£39,000 plus a 10% performance bonus after probation.
