Job Description
You will be responsible for planning orders into the production schedule and managing logistics for pickups and deliveries to ensure timely and complete customer service. This includes coordinating with third-party packers, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring compliance with customs documentation for exports.
Responsibilities
* Plan bulk/retail/oat drink orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
* Coordinate with local and international logistics providers and packers to ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain accurate stock levels using Sage 200.
* Communicate with senior management, finance, and sales teams to align stock and sales forecasts.
* Manage logistics companies to ensure deliveries are made on time and in full.
* Investigate customer delivery complaints.
* Ensure all export documentation is correct.
* Perform any other duties as required by the business.
Skills and Experience
* Experience with Sage 200.
* Strong data analysis skills.
* Knowledge of BRC standards.
* Ability to meet KPIs such as on-time orders, warehouse GMP audits, and production timeliness.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
