What You’ll Be Doing
* Oversee all back‑of‑house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high‑quality dishes.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
* Manage inventory, monitor food stock, and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
* Collaborate with the Front of House Supervisor to ensure seamless service.
* Handle kitchen‑related issues and resolve them promptly to maintain smooth operations.
* Support staff training and development to uphold brand high standards.
* Create a positive, productive work environment where the kitchen team can thrive.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or similar fast‑paced environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a kitchen team.
* Passion for delivering consistent, high‑quality food.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
