The Youth Mentor role involves providing 1:1 and small-group mentoring, helping students develop emotional regulation, resilience, and positive behaviours, while guiding them to achieve their highest potential. The successful Youth Mentor will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to build trusting relationships, support engagement in learning, and implement strategies that promote personal growth and wellbeing. Youth Mentors should be compassionate, patient, and experienced in working with young people with complex needs.
