We are recruiting a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy logistics team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in picking, packing, stock control and loading who are looking for steady hours and potential progression. Key responsibilities Pick and pack orders accurately and to schedule Carry out stock control tasks, including counting, recording and reporting discrepancies Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment Assist with general warehouse duties as required Skills and experience required Proven experience in picking, packing, stock control and loading Forklift skills desirable; forklift licence not essential (training may be available) Good attention to detail and numeracy Ability to work physically and lift/move goods safely Strong team player with a reliable, punctual approach What we offer Competitive pay with overtime opportunities Training and development, including support for forklift certification where needed Flexible shift patterns and full-time/part-time options Opportunities for progression within the warehouse teamCandidates must have proven experience within a warehouse role.
