Your role as an Audit Manager:
* Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, including large corporate groups, not-for-profit organisations, international businesses with UK subsidiaries, and owner‑managed companies.
* Plan and lead from start to completion.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the year.
* Oversee teams, review work, and ensure audit quality.
* Support and develop junior team members.
* Work closely with Partners to drive performance and maintain excellent client service.
What you’ll need to succeed:
* ACA or ACCA qualified, with solid experience in a similar managerial role.
* Ideally from a similar sized mid‑tier accountancy practice.
* Confident and collaborative leader with experience coaching and developing others.
* Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering exceptional client service.
* Show ambition, commercial awareness, and the drive to succeed.
