Responsibilities
* Work as part of a team and contribute to the smooth functioning of the systems underpinning the wards, community and inpatient referrals, and medical records.
* Maintain accurate data collection and reporting using RiO, Reporting Services & PowerBi to meet Key Performance Targets.
* Process referrals for admission and referrals into the community teams within Trust timescales.
* Ensure the registration, admission, transfer and discharge of service users and update electronic patient records in accordance with Trust timescales and guidelines.
* Scan and upload correspondence and key clinical information onto RIO using appropriate codes on a daily basis.
* Work in a busy and demanding environment, exercising initiative and the ability to multi‑task.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of RiO, Reporting Services & PowerBi.
* Ability to work without direct supervision and exercise initiative.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi‑task.
