Salary: £25,958 to £28,496 per annum Location: Silvergate Plastics, LL13 9XS Closing Date: 5 June 2025 Reference: SPPO2025 Role information: We are seeking a full-time permanent production operators to join our busy masterbatch plastics manufacturing environment. Duties include the preparation of materials, precise measurement of material mixes, operating production lines and following company procedures to ensure department targets are met. Operators will work across a rotating shift pattern, starting on £12.80 per hour based on a 39 hours per week, raising to £13.70 after a successful probationary period. We invite candidates to discuss the opportunity of working a contracted 40 hour a week.
