Opportunity Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join the team, playing a crucial role in delivering bespoke financial planning solutions for high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with financial planners and client service team to provide efficient paraplanner support.
* Independently research and produce clear, personalized letters, suitability reports, and financial plans.
* Analyse data to identify compliant solutions and make recommendations to help clients achieve their life goals.
* Attend client meetings as needed and manage client onboarding processes.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate record-keeping.
* Maintain proficiency in relevant software and stay updated on industry knowledge.
* Support team development and contribute innovative ideas for company growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Ideally chartered or working towards chartered status with a minimum CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
* Minimum 5 years of paraplanning experience with up-to-date knowledge of pensions, investments, and tax planning.
* Strong report writing and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Proactive problem solver with an analytical mindset.
