Sales Manager Job Overview
* Lead Generation and conversion
* Prospect and engage potential customers through research, networking, and outreach
* Partner with our Sales and Marketing Director to create tailored sales strategies
* Deliver persuasive pitches, demos, and proposals that close deals
* Own the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation
* Customer Engagement
* Travel regionally to meet clients in person and build strong, trust-based relationships
* Understand client challenges and craft solutions that align with our offerings
* Provide an exceptional first experience for new customers
* Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to ensure customers are looked after
* Seamlessly transition new customers to our Key Account Managers and Site
* Services Team
* Ensure smooth handovers for long-term relationship success
Sales Manager Requirements
* Proven sales or business development experience in the industrial components, consumables and services sector (MRO)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Skilled negotiator with a strong ability to close deals
* Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Sales Manager Salary & Benefits
* £50,000 - £60,000 (negotiable)
* Company discretionary bonus
* 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday
* 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
