Retentions Advisor - Glasgow (G4 9XA)
£26,208 base salary + uncapped bonus (£31,000-£36,000 OTE)
Monday to Friday - No evenings or weekends

What you'll do:
As a retentions advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers considering cancelling their accounts. Your role will involve:
Understanding reasons for cancellation
Providing solutions and guidance to retain customers
Delivering excellent service and building strong customer relations
Meeting retention targets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction
What you'll need:
1+ years contact centre/customer service experience, ideally in a sales environment due to volume of calls.
Experience in retentions (desirable, not essential)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and target driven mind
Successful candidates must pass a DBS check
