Dispatch Coordinator Newbridge Permanent Mon to Thurs 8am – 5pm Fri 8an – 1pm £27350 RSW are looking to recruit a Dispatch Coordinator for a permanent role with their client, a government contract electronic manufacturing service. Due to the nature of the business, all candidates will be subject to a Security Clearance check. Main Purpose of Role To assist with the running of the dispatch dept. Ensuring finished goods stock is stored and dispatched to customers in an appropriate FIFO manner, whilst maintaining stock accuracy and traceability. To assist with the organisation and management of all transport resources. Outcomes of Role * Accurate stock control of finished product * Efficient picking of finished goods using FIFO * Dispatch of finished product 100% correctly * Collating and reporting on all KPIs * Finished goods and dispatch area meets the highest levels of housekeeping and visual control Job Scope - Responsibilities * Assist with the dispatch of customer orders to be delivered on time. * Ensure the safe and appropriate storage of finish products.
