The company is expanding and requires a candidate with direct experience overseeing multi-branch estate agency environments. Role Responsibilities Oversee sales operations across multiple branches Manage recruitment, training, and onboarding of sales staff Implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives Monitor and analyse performance data and KPIs Support branch managers to ensure consistent standards and targets Identify areas to increase revenue and improve sales processes Ensure all branches follow company procedures and compliance standards Candidate Requirements Essential: Proven experience overseeing sales functions within multi-branch estate agencies Ability to manage teams across several locations Strong operational and organisational skills Experience in training, performance management, and sales strategy Familiarity with estate agency sales processes and market practices Suitable applicants with the required multi-branch estate agency background will be contacted with further information
