Customer Service Pay:
Salaries starting from £24,781.
Customer Service Role:
* Support passengers by assisting with journey planning, ticketing, and railcards.
* Delivering updates on train times and service disruptions, and handling enquiries or complaints professionally.
* Managing ticket sales, refunds, and compensation claims.
* Offer assistance to passengers who require extra support and ensure accessibility and excellent customer care.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming station environment through routine cleaning, waste management, hazard reporting, and safety checks
